Also the team's Lead Dan Ihara would also do periodic check-ins which really gave us a feeling of trust and confidence that they had our best interests at heart, it was a family atmosphere. Jarett and Dan were beyond incredible. My husband and I wanted to buy a house prior to moving to the island, but did not have the ability to travel there to look ourselves. With living on the East coast, Jarett and Dan were able to go to a few homes I found online, tour them, and send us amazing videos so we could feel like we were there and see every part of the house. Throughout the process, Jarett sent me videos of all of the inspections we had, so I could hear everything word for word from the inspector and save them for my records. They worked with us so easily even with the 6 hour time zone and I felt beyond comfortable purchasing a home I never saw myself because of the trust I had in them. The market in Hawaii was very crazy, but Jarett and Dan blew us away at how much they negotiated for us, as the buyers, in a highly sellers market. Tiffany was a fantastic agent to work with. This was our first house and she educated us on the whole process and how to evaluate each house we viewed, which even included crawling under many of the homes we were looking at to see what the plumbing and electrical looked like! She was always available to answer our questions, and even negotiated some money back for us during the escrow process.
