I was impressed by the personal service and quick responses by the team members. The first day I received a detail book with a total history of my home and demographic information of the neighborhood, that level of detail convinced me to use this team. Throughout the process my realtor, Michelle Jones, was always available providing immediate responses and weekly meetings and updates. Also the team's Lead Dan Ihara would also do periodic check-ins which really gave us a feeling of trust and confidence that they had our best interests at heart, it was a family atmosphere. You can't go wrong by using the Ihara Team, they are a top notched and effective group who's primary focus is serving the community. My wife and I are very happy to have had the Ihara experience.
